Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun!

Stroller Barre

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out!

Strides 360

Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life.

Body Boost

Body Boost is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being. This 60-minute class is just for you and will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Our Village Playgroup

At FIT4MOM Quad Cities we offer a community for all moms through Our Village. Join us for a weekly playgroup or a monthly Moms' Night Out!

Courses

5K Training - SATURDAYS ONLY- Running Program $69 Purchase required to enroll

This is a program geared toward moms who are newer to running, returning to running or just want to have support while they train for a 5K. If getting faster is your goal we can help you with that too! We are training for the Quad Cities Distance Classic 5K.

*This plan does NOT include our Tuesday night Strides 360 class. Please choose the combo plan for that option.

Here is what is included in our 8-week program which starts Saturday, March 23rd and ends with a 5K race on Sunday, May 12th (what a great thing to do for yourself on Mother's Day!) :

  • 7 organized Saturday morning group runs at 8:00 AM, leaving from Veteran's Memorial Park Bettendorf, beginning March 23rd- May 4th.
  • A written 8-week running plan, additional coaching is available if you need it leading up to our 1st run if you are wondering how to get started.
  • Access to a closed Facebook group to connect with your Run Club+ Coach, other runners and to help organize other weekly runs if you wish.
  • Weekly emails with inspiration and other helpful running information ranging from proper running form, stretches and shoes

5K Training Saturdays + Strides 360 Tuesdays $95 Purchase required to enroll
